Iman Gadzhi (born January 3, 2000) is an entrepreneur active in the software and education business within the marketing agency niche. Gadzhi was born in Russia and later immigrated to London. As a teenager, he documented his journey from high school student to his first clients to a marketing agency generating millions of pounds in annual profit, based on his own unique "lean boutique agency" system. As early as 2018, he focused on a remote-only model, conducting all calls via Zoom.
He is primarily known for his education company and large following on YouTube and Instagram. Through his company, Grow Your Agency, he has helped many people around the world achieve greater success with their agencies. His company, IAG Media, is a marketing agency, much like The Ecom Agency. Furthermore, he is the owner of Flozy (formerly Agenci Flow), which is an all-in-one system for agencies. In addition, he has an eyewear line and an education platform aimed more at beginners/teenagers, which is somewhat reminiscent of Andrew Tate 's "The Real World," called "Educate." In addition to his success in the marketing and education industries, Iman Gadzhi also has a passion for philanthropy. He strongly believes in sharing his success and knowledge to help others grow. For this reason, he established a charitable initiative called "Agency Incubator Gives Back."
Through this initiative, Iman Gadzhi offers free educational programs and coaching to underprivileged youth interested in building their own marketing agencies. He wants to provide these young people with the necessary tools and skills to become successful in the industry, even if they lack the financial means to pursue traditional educational programs.
Iman Gadzhi regularly organizes live events and workshops where he is personally involved in mentoring these young entrepreneurs. He believes that everyone, regardless of their background, should have the opportunity to succeed in entrepreneurship. Through his charitable initiative, he strives to create equal opportunities and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs..
Iman Gadzhi is therefore not only committed to his own success, but he also strives to help others succeed and make a positive impact on the world. His philanthropic efforts make him an inspiring figure who goes beyond just the business aspect of his career.
